I've been there since Sept. and if the sanwich was about 1C volume or less I could/have eaten grilled cheese (the whole thing...if it's thin). I don't have problems with bread (especially toasted or grilled), and I'm never hungry between meals. Just found your blog...can't wait to read more! I am going for fill # 3 and was going to ask about restriction. I could eat that sandwich along side of you, so I am guessing I am not at my sweet spot either.. I wish this didn't take so long to achieve..Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10379831210874549148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6100257819504582409.post-84953951533224615702010-02-11T06:13:44.106-08:002010-02-11T06:13:44.106-08:00Same here. If you chewed it well, you could probably eat anything. I would wait a few days, and really watch the protein and make sure you aren't hungry between meals before determining if you need a fill... Good luck!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09272835472155583191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6100257819504582409.post-76060823324509487532010-02-10T17:30:45.983-08:002010-02-10T17:30:45.983-08:00Everybody is different. I guess it depends on if you've had any fluids and how slow you eat the bread. You know, if it's something you really want you should have it but in a very small quantity which is what you did. Is the craving gone now?Sally Hamiltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03554095543389861398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6100257819504582409.post-85442922837020772352010-02-10T17:28:57.258-08:002010-02-10T17:28:57.258-08:00Dont think bc you can eat half a grilled cheese th...Dont think bc you can eat half a grilled cheese that you don't have restriction. You may not be as tight as some others, but I have really good restriction and if I was careful and ate small bites...i bet I could eat half a grilled cheese as well. When we go out to eat I can eat a roll if I take little nibbles. If you can eat around 4 ounces of solid protein and stay satisfied for 3-4 hours...you are good.Amy W.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15765516850913923317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6100257819504582409.post-7910634833693821782010-02-10T16:46:28.415-08:002010-02-10T16:46:28.415-08:00I am guessing you are still too lose, but you migh...I am guessing you are still too lose, but you might be close. Most people I have talked too couldn't eat grilled cheese once they got to their sweet spot. However, some people like it a little loose as long as their hunger is under control. Also depending on what kind of bread and how well done you made it maybe it was closer to toast then soft bread??? I know some people who eat toast easily and even quesadillas and they consider themselves in their sweet spot.TJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18274989438466842161noreply@blogger.com
